I'd say 'Tavi is C because she shows up later, but Twi has magical abilities and can cause the nightmares... Though the latter would be out of character for Twilight, and it's hard to imagine Octavia (the "ice queen" as Dissy calls her) pressing anyone to marry her.
So I'm guessing things are greatly different in your Dissy version. Not just the characters themselves, but also the way they behave.
Remember, the nightmares are given to unfaithful men to punish them/test them for their misdeeds. Twilight is the woman who loves him.
Catherine is a succubus, she matches the ideals of whatever man is her target. Dissy isn't exactly attracted to bubbly, bouncy seductive blondes.
He's attracted to Tavy because she compliments him. She's the same colors as him, wears a bowtie, and her mystery and cold nature is quite attractive to him. He sees her as a challenge he wants to take, and thats why he's got such a weird crush on her.
Basically, Twilight is that home life. She has a child, wants a romance.
Wheras Tavy isn't that type, she's one who wouldn't be too emotionally attached to things, and doesn't seem the type who would be overly clingy to him or his adventures.
Dissy and Octavia both act cold and emotionless, too. But the former is just trying to protect the ponies he loves (and he turns back if they're threatened or when a baby is involved), and I'm sure Tavi also has an urge to do the right thing sometimes.
